Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a typical stay in detox?

A typical stay in detox can last between 5-9 days depending on the needs of each individual patient and the extent of substance abuse. Your case manager will work with you to determine the best plan of action for your recovery.

How are you handling business during the COVID-19?

We take the health of our residents and community seriously. Everyone on staff wears masks during their entire shifts, and has their body temperature checked upon arrival at work.

Is there anything else I need to bring with me for use during my stay?

Generally, no. We provide all the food and beverages you’ll need, as well as any extra toiletries you may need during your stay. We want you to stay solely focused on your recovery, and not have to worry about anything outside of taking care of yourself. If there are any specific items you have questions about please feel free to contact your case manager.

Can I have visitors?

No. Due to Covid-19, and the typically short duration of stay in detox, we do not allow visitors during this time.

How can I support my loved one during his or her stay?

Going through detox, or “kicking” drugs and alcohol, can be a frightening process no matter which side of the fence you’re standing on. We assure you that you or your loved one will be safe in our care, and the best thing that you can do during this time is continue to take care of yourself, and follow our recommendations during the process. Rest assured, we will be giving our all to help with a strong recovery.
