www.healthearizonaplus.gov For individuals and families, please connect to HEA Plus to see what benefits, coverage and services are available to you.  For anyone coming into our facilities, our dedicated Case Managers can assist you with an application.

Crisis Network

www.crisisnetwork.org Offers a network of Crisis providers that offer an array of community based crisis services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

211 Arizona

www.211arizona.org   Community Information and Referral Services links you to vital community services throughout Arizona.

CASS

www.cassaz.org  CASS is the largest and longest serving homeless emergency shelter provider in Arizona. Both the adult and family shelters operate at full capacity 24/7, 365 days of the year. Serving the entire Phoenix metropolitan area.

Dress For Success

www.phoenix.dressforsuccess.org Dress for Success empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help them thrive with dignity and respect.

AZ OIC

www.azoic.org  AZ OIC provides accessible education, career preparation, skills training, and job placement assistance. They seek to develop the “whole person” with the goal of self-sufficiency.

Valley of the Sun United Way

Mercy Care Arizona

www.mercycareaz.org If you are struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol and you do not have insurance and do not qualify for state Medicaid, treatment may still be available.  Please contact Mercy Care if you live in Maricopa County to see what help may be available to you.
