The way both physical and behavioral health services are delivered in Arizona was changed on
October 1st 2018. The State was divided up into
3 regions making various health plans responsible for members. Maricopa and Pinal counties have 7 health plans. Axiom Care is proud to offer services through all 7 health plans, in addition we offer services to members of the American Indian Health Plan.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take private insurance, but we are hoping to very soon and will update when we have more information.

Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS) Health Insurance Coverage
On October 1st, 2018, Arizona restructured its health services into three regions, assigning various health plans to each. In Maricopa and Pinal counties, there are seven health plans, and Axiom Care provides services through all of them, as well as the American Indian Health Plan. Currently, Axiom Care doesn’t accept private insurance but plans to in the future. We have a team ready to assist those not enrolled with AHCCCS.
